Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Height AI and related services.
Use of the App
Height AI provides AI-generated visual height estimates from photos selected by the user. You may use the app only for lawful, personal, and non-harmful purposes.
You agree to use photos of yourself or photos you have permission to measure. Do not use the app to harass, shame, objectify, impersonate, or target another person.
Photo Processing
When you request a height estimate, the selected photo is sent to our backend and may be processed by OpenAI to generate the estimate. By requesting an estimate, you confirm that you have the right to submit the selected photo for this purpose.
Estimates Only
Height AI results are AI-generated estimates. They are not medical measurements, professional measurements, biometric identification, or guaranteed facts. Results may vary based on photo angle, image quality, posture, distance, clothing, shoes, visibility, and other factors.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled through Apple StoreKit and your Apple ID. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple according to Apple's terms and App Store policies.
Result Links
If the app offers result links, you are responsible for deciding whether to create or share them. A result link may display the selected image and height estimate to anyone who has access to the link.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Height AI to:
- violate another person's privacy or rights;
- submit photos you do not have permission to use;
- harass, shame, bully, or objectify another person;
- attempt to identify, authenticate, or profile a person;
- reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or interfere with the app or backend service;
- use the app for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce accurate results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Height AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
